history: only child of Draco and Cella Vinci, owners of a local tavern in Florence Italy known as the Green Dragon. Fratello helped around the tavern most his life cleaning,cooking,shoving off the drunks ect. ect. He would hear stories of action and adventure out in the high seas from the drunk sailers and swashbucklers. So of coarse he dreamed of joining the royal navy at the earliest possible moment. His parents were very supportive of him and his dreams and ushered him to follow his heart. so on his seventeenth date of birth he went to his local dock and joined the navy. in his time in the navy he fought in three wars, in that time he went from cabin boy to first mate, and in the time of the three wars he had his eyes opened to the real world of for the first time. the royal navy then started to highly mistreat its sailors. it all got worse from there including high taxes and abuse. the crew of Fratello's ship mutinied and killed the captain one foggy night in a European port. the crew then elected Fratello to be the new captain but he had other plans. on that same foggy night fratello Vinci jumped off his boat and renounced his allegiance to the Royal Navy. leaving his crew to choose their own path. As soon as he made it to the port he withdrew all the gold from his service in the navy *which wasnt much*, sold his uniform and bought some pirate garb and a stiff drink. he decided that from this day forward he would rebel from the royal Navy forever and never return. He would find fame and fortune as a free spirit even if he had to take it.

personality:chaotic good/goes good with someone who is considered "accident prone" seems to clean up the messes/ can be reliable when need be/ he's a little rough around the edges, yet he is a good person at heart. He likes to cause trouble yet it's all in good fun. He is rather fond of the drink and that most certainly gets him into trouble. He might have a problem with authority, but he tries to get past it if he happens to like the person in charge. has a love for gold and everything that shines. being on the sea for so long he is very agile and quick. being in tight cramp spaces of ships he is also quite skilled in C.lose Q.uater C.ombat

weaknesses: the occasional hangover/ betting too much/ anything that can kill a human, hes not a god after all
